ACT iCoach is an extensive app that offers a comprehensive range of features for Acceptance Commitment Therapy. With its video lessons and engaging animations, users can easily learn and practice ACT skills while improving their ability to remember them. The app provides over video lessons and well-written content from renowned ACT Practitioners and researchers around the world. Users also have the ability to take notes on these lessons for future reference.

In addition to its educational content, ACT iCoach provides user-friendly tools to track mood, emotions, journaling, and ACT measures. The app offers summary screens to conveniently monitor progress and analytics that offer valuable insights into one's behavior as they learn new skills. It also allows users to share their progress with therapists and care teams.

The app motivates users to acquire new skills and stay engaged by offering awards for completing tasks related to new skills or maintaining existing ones. With over 100 exercises, the app provides a variety of exercise options that are similar to worksheets used in actual ACT Therapy. Each exercise is directly linked to relevant lessons.

To support mindfulness practice, ACT iCoach offers over 1000 meditations taught by some of the best instructors in the world. Users can save their favorite skills and meditations for easy access using the favorites list.

The app also includes weekly and daily ACT measure tracking, allowing users to monitor their progress consistently. Additionally, it seamlessly integrates with a clinician app, providing real-time engagement opportunities for therapists who are signed up with the platform.

ACT iCoach even integrates with Apple's HealthKit, enabling users to record their meditation minutes as part of their mindfulness routine.

Payment for the app can be made through iTunes Account at the time of purchase. Users have the option to choose between monthly billing at $9.99/month or a discounted price of $49.99 for a six-month subscription. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Account charges for renewal will be made within 24-hours before the current period ends, with the cost identified. Users can manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their Account Settings after purchase. If applicable, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon subscribing to the publication.
